WARRANTY POLICY

Our main goal is your complete satisfaction with every purchase you make from Scooter SK8.

While the products we offer are of high quality and designed to withstand the rigors of prolonged use, breakage is likely to occur. Each product, scooter or parts has a limit of resistance and durability. Scooter riders are also known to test these limits to the extreme.

Thus, most distributors and manufacturers in the stunt scooter industry will have limited warranties that cover direct manufacturing defects or failures in their products. The warranty is generally 3 months on decks, forks and complete scooters. However, each manufacturer and distributor has its own warranty policy.

The manufacturer's warranty will only cover manufacturing defects. It does not cover damage caused by impact or excessive use of the scooter or part.

Breakage due to intensive use, severe impact, wear and tear, improper installation or lack of proper maintenance are not eligible for warranty. At Scooter SK8, we strive for fair and equitable solutions to our customers' problems. It is important to note that we do not decide the decision of a warranty claim. This decision rests with the manufacturers and / or distributors. We will do everything to justify the breakage to our manufacturers and / or distributors for you.

Any warranty is void on items that show misuse or damage caused or related to improper conduct. In addition, any modification to a product will void the manufacturer's and / or distributor's warranty.

The warranty only applies to the original purchaser and proof of purchase is required to initiate any claim.

Customers are responsible for the costs of shipping an item under warranty to Scooter SK8 or the customer can drop off the item at Scooter SK8 free of charge. Return shipping of replacement part (s) or repaired part (s) under warranty will be covered by Scooter SK8.

No warranty on grip tapes, handles, bearings, headsets and brakes.
