RETURN AND EXCHANGES POLICY
Returns and exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase. You can therefore return your ordered items to us within 14 days of the date of purchase. You can return your products free of charge to our store in St-Hubert or at your expense by mail.
HOW TO PROCEED
Simply follow the return procedure below to receive your return authorization.
1) Contact our Customer Service team. customers

2) Pack the item to be returned and send us your tracking number
3) Ship your package to the following address:

Products returned in new condition.
To accept a return, the product must be in new condition, that is, in the same condition as, for example, in a store you try on an item of clothing and decide not to buy it. Your return constitutes a fitting and the returned product must be in perfect condition.
Scooters cannot be returned if they have been used.
We reserve the right not to accept your return if we judge the condition of your product returned is unsatisfactory.
